DAY 1 ISTANBUL

Arrive to Istanbul on your own.  You will be greeted at the airport and transferred to your hotel. In the evening before dinner the tour guide will brief the group about upcoming tour details. After the briefing we will have a welcome dinner together followed by free time. (D)

DAY 2 ISTANBUL
Istanbul. After breakfast we will do a walking tour in the Old City namely the Sultanahmet district. We will visit the Hippodrome, Topkapi Palace, Aya Sofia, Blue Mosque and the Basilica Cistern. Milonga is an option for the tango lovers in the Asian side of town in the evening. (B)

DAY 3 ISTANBUL
After breakfast explore the grand bazaar and spice market and then we will take the public ferry to Kadikoy, the cosmopolitan district at the Asian side of Istanbul. Spend free time in the historical market area to experience the local people’s popular place to stop, shop and mingle. You will take the ferry again to come back to the European side of Istanbul on your own. Milonga is an option for the tango lovers in the European side of town in the evening. (B)

DAY 4 ISTANBUL—SANLIURFA
We will fly to Sanliurfa. All transportation will be arranged. Once in Sanliurfa, our private midibus will be waiting for us. We will first visit the ancient megalithic site of Gobekli Tepe that changed the history as we know it. Then we will explore Sanliurfa with our tour guide. This sacred city is the home town of the Prophet Abraham and we will see the cave where he was born along with many exciting landmarks. Free time in the evening. (B/D)

DAY 5 SANLIURFA
After breakfast we will visit Sanliurfa Museum with our tour guide. Free time in the afternoon. We suggest to explore the bazaar. (B/D)


DAY 6 SANLIURFA—GAZIANTEP
After breakfast we will visit Harran Village and then travel to Gaziantep by our bus. In Gaziantep we will visit the Mosaic Museum which is the largest of its kind in the world. We will also enjoy the Unesco recognized cuisine for lunch. Then we will head to the old city and explore the alleyways of Gaziantep including the castle and the Food Museum. Overnight in Gaziantep. DAY 7 GAZIANTEP—CAPPADOCIA
After breakfast we will head to Cappadocia by bus. On our way we will cross the Taurus Mountain Range. Once in Cappadocia you will be amazed by this magical landscape. We will spend the night at a special Cappadocian hotel. (B/D)


DAY 8 CAPPADOCIA
Optional Hot Air Balloon Tour:
This is a breathtaking early bird program before breakfast. After breakfast we will explore the region: The Goreme Open Air Museum which was used as a monastery for centuries. We will marvel some of the best Byzantine frescoes there.

Then we will visit Pasabag and Dervent with their unique rock formations followed by free time. We recommend a real Turkish Bath experience before dinner. (B/D)

DAY 9 CAPPADOCIA
 After breakfast we will head to Ihlara Valley where we will do a one hour walking tour in-between hidden cave churches. Then we will continue to Kaymakli Underground City which was a place for the locals to hide from the enemies. This one could hold 6000 people for 6 months without opening its gates. Then we will head back to our hotel.  (B/D)

DAY 10 CAPPADOCIA—IZMIR—SELCUK
We will fly to Izmir and travel to Selcuk by bus.  Free time and overnight stay in Selcuk. (B)

DAY 11 SELCUK—PAMUKKALE
After breakfast we will visit Virgin Mary’s House and the ancient city of Ephesus. We will have our lunch in Sirince village founded by the Greeks. This little and very pretty town is famous for its fruit wine and Turkish pancake called Gozleme. After lunch we will travel to Pamukkale. Overnight in Pamukkale. (B/D)

DAY 12 PAMUKKALE—MARMARIS
After breakfast, we will visit the ancient city of Hierapolis, its cemetery, Necropolis and the white terraces of Pamukkale. After lunch we will travel to Marmaris by bus and again we will cross the Taurus Mountains. Once in Marmaris, we will board our gulet and take our cabins. (B/D)

DAY 13 BLUE VOYAGE
Full day sailing along the cost line of the Aegean Sea. (B/L/D)

DAY 14 BLUE VOYAGE—DALAMAN AIRPORT— ISTANBUL

We will return to Marmaris around 4:00pm and we will take a bus to Dalaman Airport. We will fly back to Istanbul in the evening. All transfers will be arranged. We will have our last dinner and last night together there.  (B/L/D)

DAY 15 ISTANBUL—TOUR FINISHES
You will be transferred to the airport (B)
